Through faith and much answered prayers Africa Lampstand International was created for business in September 2006.  The Founders, Mr. and Mrs. Efeovbokhan started the corporation in honor of their father the late Mr. Alexander Uyi Efeovbokhan former Deputy Director of the Federal Ministry Of Information & Culture in Abuja Nigeria. By maintaining just one central headquarters in San Antonio Texas, we keep costs to a minimum, allowing larger monetary support being granted to benefit program needs. The trust agreement specifies that a distribution committee meeting among the Directors have the responsibility for approving grants to be made by the organization within specified charitable purposes with first geographic preference is Nigeria. Grants will be first awarded to board approved nonprofit organizations and third world countries geographic locations.
